警察がひき逃げ運転手を捜索

セバービル警察署（SPD）の警察官は、12年2015月XNUMX日火曜日の夜、事故現場から立ち去ったとされる男性を捜索している。

According to SPD Officer Matt Nicol, 27-year old Thomas M. Carr allegedly crashed into four other vehicles on the Parkway near Five Oaks Mall at approximately 10:40PM yesterday evening. According to witnesses, a flatbed tow truck was traveling south on the Parkway near Five Oaks Mall, when it crossed into the northbound lanes and struck four vehicles. The tow truck then went over a curb, through a fence and ultimately came to rest in Ripley’s Old McDonald Miniature Golf Course, 1639 Parkway. Witnesses reported the tow truck driver, believed to be Thomas Carr, fled the scene on foot.

Two adults in a Chevrolet Silverado pick-up truck which was apparently hit head-on by the tow truck, were transported to LeConte Medical Center by the Sevier County Ambulance Service with what appeared to be non-life threatening injuries. None of the drivers or passengers in the other three vehicles were transported.

Thomas Carr (photo attached) has been charged with driving on a revoked license; reckless driving; three counts of failure to render aid; two counts of leaving the scene of an accident with injuries; two counts of leaving scene of an accident with property damage; eleven counts of reckless endangerment; and two counts of aggravated assault.
