A march celebrating Martin Luther King, Jr. will take place in downtown area on Monday, January 16, 2017. Portions of the following roads will be temporarily closed beginning at approximately 10:30AM:

* Court Avenue
* Bruce Street
* Commerce Street.

The march will leave the First Baptist Church parking lot at approximately 10:30AM and proceed on Court Avenue to Bruce Street, circle the Sevier County Courthouse and return to the First Baptist Church.

The estimated length of the event is one hour. Motorists should consider avoiding this area from 10:15AM-11:45AM as delays may occur.
