TWRA Boat Ramp to Close for Repairs

The public access TWRA boat ramp on the French Broad River in Sevierville will be closed for several days to complete needed repairs. The ramp is located on Highway 66 beneath the Ray L. Reagan Bridge (southeast corner).

Work is scheduled to begin tomorrow, Friday, August 19. The ramp will be reopened for use Saturday and Sunday, and then close again to resume repair work from Monday, August 22-Wednesday, August 24. Weather and other conditions permitting, work will be completed by the end of the day on August 24.

The repair work will consist of regrading, base stone placement and repaving of the ramp parking area.
